I'm Chef Derrick Clark. I am happily married to a wonderful wife Laquonta Clark, I'm a proud father, an Iraq veteran; a decorated and well established chef, a fun energetic and kind hearted businessman. Cooking has been my passion since I was a child. I graduated from L’Ecole Culinaire, I received my Manage First Certification in Restaurant Marketing, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Customer Service, Food Production, and Human Resources Management and Supervision. 

We have been in the food truck industry since 2010 perfecting our craft one square meal at a time. We are a Food Truck offering Lobster Rolls and Fabulous Fish Tacos. Our business has had a 5 star rating and nothing but great reviews on sites such as Yelp and Urbanspoon.


To separate our business from the competition, we use fresh ingredients, provide excellent customer service and we are dedicated to our motto:
